    Join us for a fun and creative Porch Board Painting Class! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll design and paint your very own porch sign — the perfect statement piece for your front entrance or patio. You’ll receive step-by-step instruction from an experienced instructor, making it easy and enjoyable whether you’re a beginner or have some painting experience. There will be two theme-related designs to choose from on the day of class, and all materials are included — your porch board, paints, brushes, stencils, and tools.     Perfect for creative tweens and teens, this beginner-friendly class introduces students to the relaxing and artistic world of modern embroidery. Students will learn how to transform simple thread and fabric into beautiful stitched designs while exploring a variety of embroidery stitches and techniques. Throughout the class, students will practice foundational stitches, learn how to follow patterns, transfer designs, and combine stitches to create unique textures and artwork.   • Tambour Beading Embellishment Techniques

    Discover the mesmerizing, delicate art of Tambour Beading—the premier embroidery technique used by top Parisian fashion houses like Chanel and Dior to create intricate, luxurious designs. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to use a specialized hook (tambour hook) to chain-stitch and apply beads, sequins, and bugles onto fabric, far faster and more precisely than a traditional needle. Whether you are a fashion student, a bridal enthusiast, or a passionate embroiderer, this workshop will open up a new world of embellishment possibilities. What You Will Learn Tools & Set-up: How to select and set up the tambour hook (Luneville hook), prepare silk organza, and mount it onto a frame for perfect tension. The Basic Chain Stitch: Mastering the "Beauvais" stitch, the foundation of all tambour work. Bead & Sequin Application: Techniques for attaching seed beads, bugle beads, and sequins (both flat and cupped) from the underside of the fabric. Changing Direction & Finishing: How to navigate curves and corners, cast on, and cast off threads without snagging. The "En Rivière" Method: Creating continuous, sparkling lines of beads and sequins.
