Meet Eva, the heart behind Sweet Jems Cookies—where creativity, persistence, and a whole lot of frosting come together in the sweetest way.
Eva’s cookie journey started just like many of ours do… trying something new and not quite loving the results at first. But with a little encouragement (and some honest “tough love” from a friend), she leaned in, practiced nonstop, and transformed her skills into something truly beautiful. What started in her kitchen quickly grew into a passion—and now, a business that brings joy to others through both her cookies and her classes.
At Sweet Jems, Eva isn’t just decorating cookies—she’s creating an experience. Her classes are welcoming, relaxed, and full of encouragement, whether you’ve never held a piping bag or you’re looking to build your skills. She believes creativity should be fun, not intimidating—and there’s nothing better than watching someone light up when they realize what they can create.
Being part of The 815 Artisan Collective felt like a natural fit for Eva, with its focus on supporting small businesses, creativity, and—most importantly—community. Her classes are more than just learning a new skill… they’re a chance to gather, connect, and be part of something special.
Come decorate, laugh, and create with Eva—you might just surprise yourself with what you can do
