Jenni began creating resin pieces as a fun hobby after her husband encouraged her to find something beyond her full-time work-from-home routine. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into something more when friends and family began asking to purchase her beautiful creations. Now, she pours her creativity into pieces that others can enjoy in their homes or gift to someone special.
Jenni joined The 815 Artisan Collective because she believes Belvidere needs a space where people can shop for unique, handcrafted items while building a creative community where makers can connect and support one another. She’s excited to be part of something that brings people together.
Her work is full of color, sparkle, and personality, blending everyday practical items with a touch of glam and plenty of uniqueness. Her resin creations range from bookmarks, pocket hugs, worry bears, coasters, vases, jewelry, figurines, wall décor, coastal pieces, and more. Jenni is always challenging herself to try new ideas, so there’s always something fresh and different on her table.
Some of her favorite items to make are worry bears and pocket hugs—small gifts meant to remind someone they’re loved and not alone. She also creates deeply meaningful custom memorial pieces, incorporating items like photos, jewelry, pet collars, or other keepsakes to help families keep loved ones close.
There’s no “typical” day in Jenni’s creative world. One day she may be making fun, colorful bookmarks, and the next she’s crafting a heartfelt memorial piece or coastal décor. Every day brings something new.
Above all, Jenni hopes that when someone sees or brings home one of her creations, they feel the love and care that goes into each piece—and find something that feels like a must-have for themselves or the perfect gift for someone they love.
