Kids Crafternoon is a creative, hands-on afternoon designed just for kids! Each session features multiple craft projects, giving kids the chance to explore different materials, techniques, and creative ideas all in one visit. Children ages 6 and under should bring a grown-up helper, making this a sweet opportunity for creativity and teamwork. Wrap yourself in creativity and comfort in this cozy, beginner-friendly hand knit blanket workshop! In this class, you’ll learn how to create a soft, chunky blanket using only your hands — no knitting needles required. We’ll walk step-by-step through the basics, including casting on, creating hand-knit stitches, and binding off. This class is perfect for beginners, but also fun for anyone who wants to try a new creative technique. By the end, you’ll leave with a finished (or nearly finished) blanket and the skills and confidence to keep hand knitting on your own. Whenever the month gives us a fifth Wednesday, we’ll celebrate with an extended Cozy Stitch Club from 1pm–8pm—a special all-day stitching hangout so you can drop in when it works for you and enjoy even more creative community time. Cozy Stitch Club is a relaxed, welcoming hangout for anyone who loves creating with their hands. Whether you crochet, knit, hand sew, embroider—or dabble in something else entirely—you’re invited to bring your own project and enjoy cozy creative time alongside others. This isn’t a class, just a low-pressure gathering where you can make progress on a project, get tips or encouragement from fellow stitchers, find inspiration in what others are making, or simply enjoy good company and conversation. Join us for a fun and beginner-friendly crochet journey as you create a beautiful 50" x 60" sampler afghan from start to finish! In this class, you’ll learn 30 different crochet stitches over 15 sessions, building your skills one square at a time. Each class introduces new stitches and techniques while helping you grow more confident with your crochet skills. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to expand their stitch knowledge, this class walks you through the process step-by-step while you create a cozy, heirloom-quality blanket to take home when the course is complete. Along the way, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to tackle future crochet projects with ease. No crochet experience? You’re absolutely welcome! Beginners will just need to complete two additional foundational classes before jumping into the sampler so you feel comfortable with the basics.
