Get creative while learning the art of decorative knots in this fun fiber arts class designed for tweens and teens! In this hands-on class, students will explore both macramé and friendship bracelet techniques while creating a new project in each session. Students will learn foundational knotting techniques and gradually build their skills as they make a variety of projects such as friendship bracelets, keychains, plant hangers, wall hangings, and other knot-based creations. Each class introduces new knots, patterns, and design ideas so students can continue growing their skills and creativity.   This class is perfect for homeschool tweens and teens who enjoy hands-on crafting, working with color and texture, and creating items they can wear, gift, or decorate their space with. Kids Crafternoon is a creative, hands-on afternoon designed just for kids! Each session features multiple craft projects, giving kids the chance to explore different materials, techniques, and creative ideas all in one visit. From painting and gluing to cutting, building, and decorating, there’s always something fun in the works. Children ages 6 and under should bring a grown-up helper, making this a sweet opportunity for creativity and teamwork. In this class, you’ll learn how to create a soft, chunky blanket using only your hands — no knitting needles required. Whenever the month gives us a fifth Wednesday, we’ll celebrate with an extended Cozy Stitch Club from 1pm–8pm—a special all-day stitching hangout so you can drop in when it works for you and enjoy even more creative community time. Cozy Stitch Club is a relaxed, welcoming hangout for anyone who loves creating with their hands. Whether you crochet, knit, hand sew, embroider—or dabble in something else entirely—you’re invited to bring your own project and enjoy cozy creative time alongside others. This isn’t a class, just a low-pressure gathering where you can make progress on a project, get tips or encouragement from fellow stitchers, find inspiration in what others are making, or simply enjoy good company and conversation. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll continue developing your skills while learning new ways to shape characters, refine finishing techniques, and add personality to your creations. As always, the focus is not only on learning but on enjoying the process alongside fellow makers in a warm, encouraging environment. Bring your yarn, your creativity, and your growing confidence as we tackle a more advanced stuffie together.
