In this hands-on session, creators will explore both macramé and friendship bracelet techniques while creating a new project in each session. creators will learn foundational knotting techniques and gradually build their skills as they make a variety of projects such as friendship bracelets, keychains, plant hangers, wall hangings, and other knot-based creations. Each session introduces new knots, patterns, and design ideas so creators can continue growing their skills and creativity. This workshop is perfect for tweens and teens who enjoy hands-on crafting, working with color and texture, and creating items they can wear, gift, or decorate their space with. Every session features a different project and new knotting skills, so creators can attend regularly and continue expanding their creative abilities. All materials are included, and creators will leave each session with a project they made themselves. Each creator will choose a base item such as a trinket dish, vase, bowl, or other decorative piece and then combine paint, patterned papers, and layering techniques to create a one-of-a-kind design. Along the way, creators will learn the basics of decoupage, painting techniques, sealing finishes, and how to combine colors and patterns for a polished look. Step-by-step instruction and individual guidance ensure that every creator can create something they’re proud of. All materials are included, and creators will leave with a finished decorative piece to take home.
